1. The Concept

You can either leave it to our creative team to come up with an imaginative treatment for your video or we can work with your own ideas and concepts.
We would ask you to send us your track, also a brief synopsis of any ideas, storyboards, themes or concepts that you may have – don’t worry if you’ve not thought about any of this, or if you only have a outline of an idea, as we can help you come up with the right concept and treatment for your track and budget. We can also give you the opportunity liaise with our stylists and make up artists your style and image for the video. We can show you our ideas for your video via mood boards and mock up videos.

2. Choose locations

The next thing to consider is the location for the shoot, this is our specialty! We have a vast array of locations in both the UK and throughout Europe that can give you anything from a Palm Tree Miami look to The Wild West. We have everything from luxury villas to abandoned lunatic asylums and even access to a "Game Of Thrones" film set. We work with studios, clubs and venues throughout the UK.  We are known for our extensive knowledge of many areas of stunning natural beauty and landscapes that are breathtaking backdrops for your music video. We can also provide castles, speed boats, limos, helicopters, classic and luxury cars etc.

3. Let's Talk Business

Once all the logistics have been discussed and finalized, we arrange a date for the shoot. At this point we ask for a deposit to secure a shoot date. We usually ask for a deposit of 50% of the production budget with the final 50% payable when you are happy to sign off the final edit. We want your project to go ahead and succeed as much as you do and our attitude is to always find a way to make it happen.

4. The Shoot

Prior to the shoot we will provide you with a scheduled itinerary so everything will be clear and mapped out for you. The most important thing about the shoot for us, is that everyone enjoys themselves. People tend to be at their most creative when there’s a good vibe in the air – we must be doing something right because we’ve had very positive feed back about the experience from just about everyone we’ve worked with many clients already planning their next project before shooting has even finished. We work quickly and efficiently on shoots and always strive to maintain energy and enthusiasm in both ourselves and those we work with.

5. Editing

After the shoot we put together a rough edit with a time-code and preview it to you via a private YouTube channel so you can give feedback and have a creative input to the editing process. This process continues over several more edits until you’re happy and sign off the final cut.

 

Super Fast Turnarounds!

One of our specialties is a super fast turn around.
As we handle a high volume of work, usually we would require around three weeks from shoot to final edit to ensure the correct time and care is taken and our high standards are maintained with every single video that we produce.
Under special circumstances we can fast track your video from a concept to TV screen in a matter of days – Our current record is from shoot to Music TV channels in just 4 days!! But please don’t challenge us to break this record!!

6. Sign off

When your happy with the final video, you sign it off.
Once we have received final payment we will send you the finished video via file transfer.
We usually provide the video in 2 formats, one for Youtube/ Vevo, and one at the spec for TV broadcast.

7. GET YOUR VIDEO OUT TO THE WORLD!

Our work isn't necessarily over once we have delivered your video. We can help you get it out to the world and be seen by the people that matter. We can offer various YouTube promotion packages. We also have many varied contacts within the music business, including major record labels, producers and managers, that we have built up over many years. It is also in our own interest to help you push your music - If you succeed, so do we!
